Pet-Friendly Tour Company Now Offering Grand Canyon Package
The Grand Canyon is one of the United States’ most popular attractions for human tourists — now, thanks to a company that specializes in pet-friendly tour packages, it has become a hit with dogs as well.
Happy Tails Canine Adventure Tours, a tour company that offers adventure experiences tailored to dogs and their owners, recently added a Southwestern United States package to its range of offerings. The eight-day package, known as The Coyote, offers human and canine travelers unique experiences built around:
- The Hoover Dam
- Grand Canyon National Park
- Lake Powell
- Monument Valley Tribal Park
- Valley of the Gods
- Arches National Park
- Moab, Utah
- Capital Reef National Park
- Bryce Canyon National Park
- Zion National Park
- Las Vegas, Nevada
Several optional components are available to travelers, including a helicopter tour of the Grand Canyon, Colorado River rafting, and a horseback ride.
While all of Happy Tails’ tours are designed with dogs in mind, you don’t need to be a dog owner to appreciate them. Travelers without dogs can partake in the tours alongside others’ dogs in lieu of their own.
