A new audio system designed for pets may help reduce stress this holiday season.
Pet Acoustics has designed Pet Tunes and Ultra Calmer, two audio products specifically for canine and feline listening sensibilities. Dogs and cats have a different range of hearing than humans do. While we often think of this in terms of pets’ ability to hear tones well above our hearing range, their lower range is affected as well. The result? Our pets experience an entirely different world of audio than we do. In response to these differences, Harlow and Pet Acoustics have composed, mixed, and mastered the tracks available through Pet Tunes to eliminate harsh effects and artifacts that might be jarring to pets.
In addition to providing an audio experience catered for dog and cats, the devices may help relieve symptoms associated with separation anxiety, reactivity issues. and audio phobias.
“When you play the holiday music through the Bluetooth speakers, not only is it enjoyable for our ears, but you can immediately notice the pets connecting with the music and experiencing signs of relaxation. Separation anxiety, travel nerves, noise phobias are at a high this time of year, and I’m so thrilled to provide a safe, natural and easy solution to help our pets manage.”
